1. First go to
Control panel -> Administrative tools then-> Services
Right click on Default Web Deployment Agent Service and stop it.
2. Right
click on wamp server red button ->apache->httpd.conf-> change 80 to
8080
I think your problem will be resolve.
3. If there
is any confliction with skype then try to installe and try to reconnect it.
